Born in Brittany, Gwénolé studied naval engineering and architecture at ENSTA Bretagne. Passionate about windsurfing and sailing, he sailed along the coasts of the Atlantic Ocean for a year aboard a 9-metre boat and participated in four editions of the Tour de France. He also took part in three AC editions: 2013 Luna Rossa, 2017 Groupama Team France (responsible for the rigid wing) and 2021 Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli. In between he worked on several offshore projects, including IMOCA and ULTIM. He loves spending time with his wife and two kids or being on (and in) the water. The one in 2024 will be his fourth America's Cup, the third with Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli.
